Additional Costs & Info


We offer food and beverage through our exclusive, award-winning caterer, Eatertainment with no minimum catering order requirements.

Please refer to the YCC’s Menu Package for pricing with the following in mind:

  • Any dietary restrictions should be communicated with YCC a week prior to the event.
  • Last‐minute requests for specialty meals are possible up until 1pm the day before the event. An additional delivery, setup and pickup fee of $75 for a half-day event or $100 for a full day (until 5pm) event will be charged.
  • All day coffee/tea is available at an additional $5.00 per person.
  • Outside catering is not permitted on site.

Special Events – Liquor License

For special dinner or cocktail events held at the YCC, we require a written confirmation and signed contract three weeks prior to the event. This is to ensure enough time to process the license.

Depending on the purpose of your event there are two permits:

  • A No Sale Permit which is $25.00/day
  • A Sale Permit which is $75.00 per/ day

Room Set-up Fees

We aim to be flexible when accommodating requests for different room set‐ups. There is no charge for initial room set‐up, but fees may apply when:

  • Changes are last‐minute
  • A major mid‐day change in the room configuration is necessary

Any changes that are received with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50 change fee.

Support Materials

We offer the following support materials for all rooms:

  • Standard flip chart: $15 for first; $10 for each additional
  • Post-it® Note flip chart: $50 each
  • Easel signage: $10 each
  • Printing Costs: $0.20 black & white copy; $0.35 colour copy and an additional copy fee of $30.00
  • 10% Service Fee over the Overall Total

Delivering Materials for Your Event

Clients are welcome to drop off materials for their event in advance of their booking. Please contact the Yorkville Conference Centre Manager so we can ensure a spot is reserved for you at the Loading Dock of our Colliers building. The Loading Dock is located on 175 Cumberland Street, east of Avenue Road, just before Cumberland Parking.

Need assistance?

Upon entering the loading dock, park on the right hand side and contact us to let us know you’ve arrived; a YCC staff member will come down to help you.

Helping Your Guests Locate Your Event

To ensure that your guests easily find your event, wayfinding TVs are conveniently located by every room featuring your session, speaker and branding.

We’ll set up your event details before your arrival. Please send us:

  • the logo you want to display
  • your session description
  • your facilitator’s name

Webcasting your Event

With state-of-the-art webcast technology and friendly technical support, we offer a seamless solution to webcast your meetings, presentations and webinars from any of our rooms except for the Conference Room.

Audio/Video Rentals

Need to add microphones, audio and/or video equipment to your event?  No problem!  Our rooms are equipped with most of the audio/video equipment necessary to meet your needs and AV set-up and use is included complimentary with your room rental. Let us know about your audio/video needs 2 days in advance so we can ensure that your set-up is ready to go when you arrive.
